These folks are saints... They have to deal with the dumbest people alive and do an awesome job with it. I commend you all.
I needed to be added as a driver, to an upcoming reservation that was made at another location. We were told by the other location that I just had to stop into any Enterprise branch and present my liscense to show that I am a valid driver and have it put on file. I drove to the Brewster location and spoke to a young man who did not seem to know how to handle the situation and the older man in the room (supervisor?), did not attempt to help the situation in any way, but he was sitting there listening. The young man claimed that I needed to have the car there to assess if there are any damages. WE HAVEN'T RENTED THE CAR YET! I asked them to call the other location and he couldn't get the phone number right before giving up on trying to contact them to resolve the issue. Instead he tells me, "there is nothing we can do". This should have been a very simple process and standard procedure, but instead I wasted my time traveling to this branch, where even the manager could care less about helping. Every other Enterprise I've ever been to, the people were friendly and eager to accommodate. This is by far the worst branch I've been to.
Customer service is horrible. Location manager bypass me standing there for over five minutes to take a customer friend of his that just walked in (eventhough one of his staffers pointed out that I was next) and he lied to my face ...about availability of rentals etc...They say one thing and do the opposite. Long time enterprise customer but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere.
Fast easy car rental (if you have a credit card and a license).
.FYI - most of you people are complete F ing retards... just ask yourself when your at the counter complaining "am I being an f ING retard"...the answer will most definitely be yes.
I needed to be picked up and they were right on time. The entire staff was very professional and courteous at all times. I was given a free upgrade and loved the vehicle. I needed it a few days longer and was able to arrange it over the phone. I will definitely use Enterprise for any car rentals in the future.
All said and done, I was able to call the original location and confirm my liscense over the phone without any hassle. They apologized for the lack of customer service offered at the Brewster branch.
I have had an amazing experience with my local Enterprise. All the guys were very friendly and very professional. Although I came in during a busy time, they helped me find the right car for my family's needs. Thank you again for all your help and making this experience an easy one.
