We moved to the area 2 years ago and have been using Fossati since. Very reliable and competent. I feel that Rich has always been fair, and most importantly, very capable. I have found it difficult at times to find good service personal but with regards to plumbers, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them. Debbie always very helpful and patient with phone calls. I believe they take their work seriously and I feel that they know what they are doing when I need to call them out. We've had a few jobs done - all so far very competent work.
Rich from Fossati owner operater was more than professional! The nicest guy and thorough. He could have said we needed a new hot water heater but that's not what we needed! Again, professional and so fair priced!

We had an emergency situation recently, so we posted on FB for recommendations and Fossati was suggested by a good friend. I am so glad we chose them. Wonderful service from reception, to the manager (Rich) who I spoke with, to the on site techs (Jeff and Ryan), we couldn't be happier. Courteous, professional, personable, understanding and honest!!! The job was completed quickly and without issue, the area was left clean and the accurate cost of the job was more than fair...A GREAT JOB BY NICE PEOPLE!!! Thx,
We moved to Patterson N.Y. from Staten Island in January. It is our first home and being an older home we ended up having some plumbing issues. We reviewed many local plumbers and ended up going with Fossati. We couldn't have made a better choice. Everyone we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and professional. Jeff has been top notch. The service Fossati provides is second to none. My wife, myself our daughter and our two dogs are extremely grateful to Fossati. We are put at ease knowing that when the next plumbing issue arises Fossati will be there to help us. We can't thank Jeff enough for the service he has provided for us.
I called them for an emergency back up, they came on July 1 and charged me alomust 700 dollars and didnt fix the isse. Less then 2 weeks laters the house was flooded and I called roto rooter who was surprised Fossati didnt snake the line. I called the owner to ask for a refund or partial refund because this was clearly bad work on Fossati. He yelled and screamed at me and said it was my fault because I should have know. I am shocked by this and taking them to small claims court. I wouldnt recommend them if my house was 10 feet deep in sewage and they were only company in town
