Nice store with a good selection. The prices are high though. Petsmart is a better choice for my needs. Only shop here due to convenience
All the employees here are so nice. I love going here with my service dog, and she LOVES the people and going to the "doggy store."
I went in today looking into buying a rabbit because I was told that they had a lot in their store at the moment by a friend so there was a woman working helping another family with rabbits and I asked her when she was done if she could help me because I wanted to hold a white lionhead that was in a small cage on the floor and she told me she couldn't because their cage was being cleaned so we couldn't take out the rabbit even though it was for sale and I had the full intention of buying it, so I thought that was weird and went off to see the birds with my boyfriend instead we circle round to head back and the same woman is helping out another family with a little baby boy and now about 5 minutes after I had asked her she takes out a rabbit from that cage on the floor for this family. I don't know if she was judging me by the way I was dressed in sweats or what but she had absolutely no interest in helping me to the point where she blatantly told me a lie. Its a shame because I really did want that rabbit, maybe hire less egotistical people next time so people in sweats can buy their pets (: I also kind of felt like she may have been racist because both families that she helped were white and I look middle eastern and either that or the way I was dressed are the only things it could have been because she honestly helped everyone else but when it came to me she quote on quote wasn't allowed to do it even though she did..
The people are so nice!!! And there's lots of cool animals, cool place, but the reptile area needs to be a little bit bigger, but overall great place!!!!!
Not bad. An assortment of products, but not as broad and complete as it *could* be. Pricing on a number of items is slightly higher than other places.
